The building, which was judged not to meet the standards for hospital operations, expired in 2004, and although the walls, floor, ceiling, and doors are well insulated in winter, it leaks and leaks in spring, summer, and autumn. Due to the loss of a favorable environment, healing is delayed and 30 percent of them become ineffective. Therefore, it is necessary to build a new building.
